Wood fired Ballotine of Capon, spiced carrot puree

Oak-smoked wood-fired salmon, salt baked parsnip & lemon hens egg

Salt baked parsnips, spiced carrot puree & wood fired cauliflower (veggie & vegan)

Mains // Shoot the Bull

Confit South Cave turkey leg, Toulouse sausage & ham hock cassoulet, lemon & parsley crumb. Side: Stuffing bonbons with sprout tops, smoked bacon and chestnuts

Kamado Joe baked & ras el hanut spiced butternut squash. Side: British sprouts & burnt onion powder (veggie)

Red wine pickled beetroots, earl grey tea-soaked raisins, micro coriander & shaved chestnut. Side: British sprouts & burnt onion powder (vegan)

Dessert // Gingers Comfort Emporium

Lush Brownies (triple chocolate/salted caramel/fudge) with seasonal ice creams: Baileys, raspberry & cranberry crumble, mince pie, orange & cinnamon creme brulee, Pure Origin chocolate, Fior di latte (vegan & gluten free)
